Venturers (young men and women ages 14-17)

Enjoy mountain biking, rock-climbing, canoeing, kayaking, extended hikes and lots of camping. These are just a few of the adventures you'll tackle as a Venturer.

You'll enjoy your outdoor adventures as part of a team, working together with other young people to accomplish thrilling challenges.

Scouting gives every member a chance to be a leader. It might involve running an activity, organizing a camp, or participating with other young people across your province or Canada in a youth forum.

What do you want to do? Maybe you'd like to be a police officer, firefighter, or paramedic. In Venturers, you can "try on" different exciting career options to see what's right for you.

2nd Berwick currently (2011-12) have 3 Venturers (Bradley, Braden & Drew).

We meet every Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm at the Berwick United Church.


Sometimes Rovers join us at our meetings. Scouter Tom is always there.
